Slow Cooker Spicy Garlic Spinach & Artichoke Dip


Ingredients:

- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped  

- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained  

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened  

- 1/2 cup sour cream  

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise  

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  

- 2 cloves garlic, minced  

- 1 tbsp spicy garlic chili sauce  

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika  

- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)  

- Salt and pepper, to taste  


For Serving:

- Tortilla chips, crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, spicy garlic chili sauce, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.  

2. Stir in the chopped spinach and artichokes until they are evenly mixed in with the cheese mixture.  

3. Pour the mixture into a greased slow cooker.  

4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly with melted cheese.  

5. For an extra cheesy topping, sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking and let it melt.
